On the 27th, 28th February and 1st March 2015, people interested in service, customer experience, and creativity will meet all over the globe for the Global Service Design Jam. This is the third occasion we organise our local jam, the Lufbra Service Design Jam!
In a spirit of experimentation, innovation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have less than 48 hours to develop and prototype completely new services inspired by a shared theme. At the end of the weekend, their collection of brand new services will be published to the world.
The event is open to anyone that wants to be inspired and have some great fun! We open the invitation to local businesses, local communities and students. Participating at this event is for free including food, materials and other freebies during the three days. We will have great speakers and mentors as the last Jam. To participate, please register following the Eventbrite instructions. As soon as your registration is done we will send you an e-mail with further instructions.
